Fitness is Fun...and feeling fit is even more fun!
Our Fitness Center Program is growing by leaps and bounds.

More than 100 of you have joined the program and are working very hard with our trainers. By using our special equipment, many of you are increasing your strength and endurance.

Our Chair/Stand-up Exercise Class, given 4 mornings a week, is popular with many of our members.

Our Tai Chi and Gentle Yoga Classes are growing!

Water Aerobics Classes are offered on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 am at Dunwoody Retirement Community and Tuesdays at 2 pm at La Maison.

We truly do have something for everybody!
We encourage you to join one of these classes for your health and
overall feeling of well being.
